Recommendations for filing a complaint

Any person, juridical or physical, whose interests are affected as a result of the registration or use of a domain name under .do may make use of the dispute resolution mechanism provided by this office.

Here are our recommendations before filing a dispute:

• Read the documents related to “Dispute Resolution Policy” and “Rules of Dispute Settlement Policy”.
• Read the Additional Regulation of the Dispute Resolution Provider (WIPO).
• Access the link on the Dispute Settlement Mechanism relating to the .do domain name.
